Are there any health restrictions for scuba diving?
Before diving, we provide a medical questionnaire. If responses suggest potential health concerns, we’ll require medical clearance from a doctor for your safety. Additionally, minors under 18 must present parental consent forms prior to any water activities..
What are the age requirements for diving?
- 8+ years: Bubblemaker program (max depth 2m)
- 10+ years: Junior Open Water (must dive with adult/pro)
- 12+ years: Junior Advanced Open Water
- 15+ years: Certifications convert to standard levels
Note: Parental consent is mandatory for all divers under 18.
Can I dive as early as tomorrow?
Availability depends on current bookings. We recommend reserving a few days in advance, especially during peak season (October-May). Therefore, last-minute requests may be subject to limited slots – early booking ensures your preferred date.
How long should I wait to fly after scuba diving ?
For safety reasons, wait 18h before flying to prevent decompression sickness (DCS, a diving-related health risk).
Can I dive alone with my Open Water certification?
No. Open Water certification requires diving with a buddy or professional for safety.
What are the best dive sites near Phuket?
There’s no single « best » site—it depends on your experience level and preferences. Beginners love the calm, clear waters around the Racha Islands, while advanced divers often prefer Phi Phi or the King Cruiser wreck.
What’s your cancellation policy?
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund/reschedule
- Within 48 hours: No refund (resources already allocated)
